commit to loving yourself - victoria bc boudoir photography

“I am my own biggest critic. Before anyone else has criticized me, I have already criticized myself. But for the rest of my life, I am going to be with me and I don't want to spend my life with someone who is always critical. So I am going to stop being my own critic. It's high time that I accept all the great things about me.”

What if we all acted like we were our own best friends? How would the language you use to yourself change? When you see the people you love do something brave, what do you say to them? We are always so quick to celebrate and love those around us, without stopping to give that love back to ourselves.

This babe came into my studio as a referral from one of my dear friends. We had so many laughs, and had such a great time capturing these images for her. The fun part about having a client come in as a referral from someone I’m close with is… that person texted me their reactions. The behind the scenes that I don’t get to see. She told me about how she talked about her images, how excited she was. I adored it. [Also - sorry spoiler babe, I got to hear how stoked you were ;)]

I am beyond blessed that I get to give joy and the feeling of confidence to my clients as a career!
