ART OF PLEASURE BOUDOIR & SELF LOVE RETREAT | TUSCANY 2025
If little me knew that we would be hosting a boudoir and art-centric retreat in the Tuscan Hills, I would have been beside myself with glee. My fascination with Renaissance art started back in middle school, and it has heavily inspired my work and my art. Of course, as I grew older and researched more and more, and discovered just how much of the art was painted by men, for men, my inspiration has shifted. Yes, I am still heavily inspired by the softness portrayed in the original classics, with the effortless delicacy and sensuality that permeates from the frame. But I now know how little agency those original muses had. That’s where my intention transcends where those painters left off.
When I’m behind the camera, I want my clients to feel like works of art on their terms. To step infront of my lens and feel that they are free to be in their body exactly as it is, to revel in their curves, and to simply enjoy being in their body. Fully in their body.
And that’s what the Art of Pleasure retreat was all about.
A collaboration between me, and my co-host Rosie Bitts— a sexologist, Tantrica, and burlesque teacher.
For us, this retreat was a culmination of our professional expertise. A gathering of women in the Tuscan hills, where they got to fully embody exploring their pleasure, and their bodies— on their own terms.
I’ve been hosting these self-love retreats for almost 5 years now, and each one is uniquely tailored with a different itinerary. We have attendees who have been coming back for second, third, or even fourth retreats— because each one has something unique to offer.
The magic of these retreats is the potency.
A boudoir session is an incredible gift to yourself, it can be full of healing lessons and micro-shifts in how you perceive yourself —a retreat goes even deeper. Because all the demands of daily life are stripped away. There’s no work to be done, no mouths to feed, no appoinments to rush off to. It’s just a week of blissfully intentional days for you to arrive to, to soften into, and to meet yourself again.
Who do you want to be when the world isn’t demanding your time, energy, resources, and attention? What version of you is waitng to come out and play again? Where do you crave tenderness, softness, and your own gentle adoration? These are just some of the things that can come up during retreat.
Our retreats are a careful balance of activities, and integration time.
Life demands a lot of us all. So here, we demand very little of you. We simply curate every day with the intention of you taking what you need.
For our Tuscany Self-Love Women’s Retreat, we offered our babes:

This retreat was all about living fully in your body – for letting your life be the art, and you the artist behind the masterpiece.
One of my favourite activities from our week together was our body-love painting day. I brought gold paint with me, and instructed the babes to paint onto the parts of their bodies that needed their love. Parts of them that they struggled to love on the day to day (as we all have these parts of ourselves). But what transpired after was magic. Inspired by the women around them, bare skinned and free, they began to paint on one another. They laughed. They hugged. Their bodies became the canvas for love, gentelness, and compassion.
Just bodies, just souls, connecting together in this shared moment. That was pure magic.
There is something so healing, so powerful about women gathering together.
When we love ourselves loudly, it ripples outwards and inspires others to do the same. That is why I love hosting retreats so much, because it takes the healing work of boudoir, the healing power of self-observation and self-celebration, and takes it even deeper. It takes it into a shared experience, where the attendees hold each other, laugh, cry, and heal by leaning on one another.
Because healing doesn’t need to be heavy, it can be full of gold paint and big belly laughs with a tummy full of delicious Italian food.
